This page explains the rules for using morehumanai.com, what information we collect, how we use it, and how cookies work here. By using this site you agree to these terms and accept the use of cookies as described in Part 3.

Part 1

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Strategy For AI, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the Texas company operated by Brad Bush. They govern your use of the website and application at morehumanai.com (the “Service”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using the Service, you accept these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy in Part 2, and the Cookie Policy in Part 3. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm or company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization.

What the Service is

More Human AI is a curated, queryable library of frameworks and commentary on AI adoption in mid-sized professional services firms, plus a free AI Strategy Diagnostic for visitors. Full access is by invitation during the current pilot.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when redeeming an invite and to keep your sign-in credentials confidential. One account per person. Sharing access undermines the per-subscriber query cap and the research signal we rely on; if we see it, we'll ask you to stop and then suspend the account.

Not professional advice

Everything on the Service is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Nothing here is legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and using the Service does not create an advisory or client relationship with us. Answers and diagnostic results are research aids; decisions you make using them are yours. An advisory relationship with Strategy For AI is formed only through a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

All briefs, frameworks, commentary, and synthesized answers attributable to Brad Bush or Strategy For AI remain our intellectual property, along with the More Human AI name and design. Subscribers may quote short excerpts with attribution (“Bush, B. · More Human AI · <date>”) in their own work. External sources cited in the library belong to their respective authors and are surfaced under fair-use commentary; follow the source link to read the original.

Your content

If you submit content (queries, feedback, comments), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the Service. We will never publish material you submit privately without your explicit consent.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and in good faith. Don't scrape the library, republish answers as your own work, use the Service to train a competing model, attempt to break or probe its security, misrepresent who you are, or use it to harm anyone.

Usage limits

Each subscriber gets up to 100 queries per day during the pilot. Hitting the cap pauses you until midnight UTC. The cap may change with 14 days' notice.

Third-party sites and services

The Service links to sites we do not control, including strategyfor.ai and the external sources cited in the library. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty. We aim for high availability but will occasionally take the knowledge layer down for maintenance, upgrades, or incident response, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Payment

Pilot accounts are comped. There is no card on file. Paid plans will be announced separately and require explicit opt-in before any charge.

Termination

You may close your account anytime by emailing info@strategyfor.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy For AI and Brad Bush are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we'll email active subscribers about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Part 2

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Service, how we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us to run your account and answer your questions, we use it to operate and improve the Service, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Strategy For AI, LLC, operated by Brad Bush, is the controller of the personal information collected through the Service. You can reach us anytime at info@strategyfor.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us:

• Account info: your email, name, and invite source, collected when you redeem an invite or sign in with Google. Passwords are stored hashed; we never see them in plain text.
• Onboarding selections: the firm type, company size, and challenges you pick, used to bias which library content surfaces first.
• Your queries: every question you ask the library, plus the answer, the sources cited, and the rough cost. Query logging is a core feature — we use it to render your history, enforce the daily cap, and improve recall quality.
• Feedback and saved items: thumbs up / down on answers, optional comments, and anything you save to your collection.
• Diagnostic inputs: if you take the free AI Strategy Diagnostic, we collect your firm type, size, biggest challenge, the website address you optionally provide, and — if you choose to see your full report — your email address.

Information collected automatically: when you sign in, we record the IP address and browser type of the session for security. Diagnostic submissions record an IP address for rate limiting. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — used only to operate and secure the Service. We run no analytics or advertising trackers.

How your inputs are processed by AI

Your library queries and diagnostic answers are sent to our self-hosted knowledge layer to find and synthesize an answer, which uses OpenAI's API for language generation. If you use the “strengthen my question” feature or provide a website address in the diagnostic, that text is also sent to OpenAI. We use API access under terms that do not permit training on your inputs, and we do not train third-party models on your data.

How we use your information

• To run your account and answer your queries.
• To render your personal history and compute usage caps.
• To improve which sources the library surfaces.
• To follow up on diagnostic requests and send transactional email (welcome, password reset).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Aggregated, de-identified patterns may appear in published briefs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who processes your information for us

A small set of service providers process personal information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel hosts the Service and keeps standard server logs.
• Supabase hosts the application database (accounts, queries, saved items).
• OVHcloud hosts our self-hosted knowledge layer.
• OpenAI provides language generation for answers, as described above.
• Resend sends transactional email (welcome, password reset).
• Google provides sign-in if you choose “Continue with Google.”
• Telegram carries our internal operator alerts, which can include the email on a new diagnostic or access request.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep account data and query history while your account is active, and diagnostic submissions as long as we need them to follow up and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete any of it at any time (see “Your rights”). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for roughly 30 days.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Email info@strategyfor.ai and we will handle it, normally within 30 days. If you are in a place with specific privacy laws (such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), those laws give you these rights formally, and we honor them. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still exercise every other right by emailing us.

Where your information lives

The Service is operated from the United States and your information is processed and stored in the United States (with the knowledge layer hosted in an OVHcloud data center). If you use the Service from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred there.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including serving the entire Service over HTTPS, hashing passwords, signing session cookies, and limiting who can access the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is built for business leaders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it (for example, if we add analytics), we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page before the change takes effect.

Part 3

Cookie Policy

By using this site, you accept the use of cookies as described in this section. The cookies we set are essential for sign-in and security; if you block them, the public pages still work but you will not be able to stay signed in.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember things between visits. Related technologies (like browser session storage) work similarly, and this policy covers those too.

Cookies we set

• Session cookies: a signed, HTTP-only cookie that keeps you signed in, set when you log in and kept for up to 30 days, plus a companion cookie holding a short-lived (five-minute) cached copy of your account basics so pages load without a database round-trip.
• mhai_onboarded: remembers that you completed onboarding so we don't loop you back through it. Kept for one year.

We also use your browser's session storage to carry things like your last query between pages. That data stays on your device and is discarded when you close the tab.

Third-party cookies

We set no third-party, analytics, or advertising cookies. If you sign in with Google, Google handles that step on its own pages under its own cookie policy.

How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings (usually under Privacy or Site Settings). You can also browse in private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when you close the window. Because our cookies are essential for sign-in, blocking them means you can browse the public pages but not use a subscriber account.

If this changes

If we add services that set cookies for analytics or any other purpose, we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date before they go live.
